1. Nature of Product

Used vehicles sold by our company are high-value export commodities and are not standard consumer goods.

All transactions are conducted under international trade practices and confirmed export agreements.

2. Pre-Purchase Inspection & Confirmation

Before payment is made, buyers are required to complete full communication and confirmation with our team.

This may include:

• On-site vehicle inspection in China
• Inspection through an appointed agent or representative
• Video inspection and documentation review
• Confirmation of vehicle condition, specifications, pricing, and export terms

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all details are verified prior to payment.

3. Payment & Export Processing

Full payment must be received before export processing begins.

Once payment is confirmed:

• Export documentation will be prepared
• Customs declaration procedures will be initiated
• The vehicle will enter the international export process

After export documentation has been officially submitted or approved, the vehicle may no longer be eligible for domestic resale within China.

4. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

Due to the nature of international used vehicle export:

• Orders may not be cancelled after export procedures have commenced.
• Refund requests will not normally be accepted once export documentation has been submitted.
• Any exceptional cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the company.
